Your antimalware software is probably blocking the download.

I d/l antiWAT. I'm probably not seeing the thread for what needs to be copied where -- what file am I firing off or what file needs to be copied where?
I seen in another reply that freewat.dll should be put in the system32 directory, but I also see AntiWAT, oobe.hiv and xpgen This is for w2k3 Tnx |

just patched mine winxp sp3 and works perfectly... one tip, the script really does not check whether it installed successfully or not, and in my cmd %PATH% was not set correctly and therefore AntiWAT.cmd couldn't find regsvr32. Took me a while to find out that it didn't install, fixed %PATH%, re-ran, and now it's all good.

RE: AntiWAT v3.5.1 [Based in AntiWPA 3.5.0] [x64 and x86]
I keep trying to download the AntiWAT.XP.2k3.Activator.zip file but my antivirus keeps popping up and won't let me do it. I am running Avast (the free version). How do I go about downloading the program?
I have a pc that had the hard drive die and the reinstall discs got lost in our move so a friend lent me a copy of a windows xp home sp2 disc that they have and game me instructions for installing it and any necessary drivers on the new hard drive. Anyway, I went to install the xp sp3 update and now I keep getting a message that I need to activate windows. After doing some searching I came across your site and was hoping that this would resolve that problem for me. But I can't seem to download it on my other computer so that I can install it on the computer in question. Any suggestions would be so very much appreciated. |

How do I go about downloading the program? Disable Avast before you try to download the file worked for me. (Hint: Right-click on the Avast icon in the systray). Trying to install SP3 after running AntiWAT 3.5.1 did however not work for me, I keep getting an Internal error during the installation so I guess I'll just stay with SP2. |

RE: AntiWAT v3.5.1 [Based in AntiWPA 3.5.0] [x64 and x86]
It doesn't work for my OEM windows Server 2003 Std Edition - SP1
- I upgrade to SP2 first and then apply AntiWAT 3.5.1. - Increase the system time to year 2012. - Log off and logon - System tell me that I must activate Windows. Is there any idea sir ??? Do I have to stay with SP1 and then apply the patch ??? Can I upgrade to SP2 later (after the patch). Before using antiWAT, i did activate windows over the Internet, but it reach the limit times to activate the windows so I decide to use your patch. |

Hmm. Someone had this problem before. Unfortunately I don't use x64.
