Welcome JackRabbit as new administrator

Hello,

Today I've added JackRabbit to Administrators as he is a close friend of mine and he's able to watch the daily use of the forum and help in keeping it clean.

Also, today I have done some overdue bugfixes to our Registration Questions modification such as:

Additionally rewritten the questions so the current ones have more obvious answers and do not generate confusion.
