RE: Windows Loader v2.0.0
(04-07-2011 01:09 AM)JimBob Wrote:  I installed Windows Loader 2.0 on my up to date Win7 64 system. It did get rid of the activation warning issue. However, my system properties indicate that Windows is not activated. If I click to activate, the response is that activation is successful . Is this the way it's supposed to work, and will I be able to install updates? Thanks.

Suggestion: Run 2.0.0 (as Administrator) and select uninstall. Reboot. Run install (as Administrator). Reboot. Check Control Panel/System and see if it then shows that the installation is activated.

Just run this in cmd (as admin) to stop it from calling home
Code:
schtasks /change /disable /tn "\Microsoft\Windows\Windows Activation Technologies\ValidationTask"
schtasks /change /disable /tn "\Microsoft\Windows\Windows Activation Technologies\ValidationTaskDeadline"

Do I still have to do this after installing 7loader 2.0.0 by Daz?

RE: Windows Loader v2.0.0
I tried removewat and that worked. I'm thinking of using loader afterwards then the cmd code above, what will that do?

Oh and when I tried the code before it says the directories doesn't exist or something. I know I had KB971033.

I tried you suggestion, but nothing changed. Windows acts like its activated, but the system info indicates that it is not. Clicking Activate Windows now results in successful activation, but the activtion status remains the same-not activated.

Windows Loader v2.0.0
@ JimBob

Download Microsoft's MGADiag
Save it to your desktop, run it & click the "continue" button. (Wait a few seconds) then click the "copy" button. Then post the results given in php code tags in your next reply.

RE: Windows Loader v2.0.0
@ Crisishf

Windows 7 Enterprise is not supported by Windows Loader.
You can do a upgrade to Windows 7 Ultimate from Enterprise with a Registry edit. See Here

You will also need to download a clean untouched Windows 7 Ultimate iso to do this or your other choice is to find another activation solution for Enterprise.
(KMS Activator, Trilogy 2.1 etc) But you will also need to clean up the mess from the other activation hack if you wish to stay on Enterprise & use another activation solution.
Which looking at your MGADiag Report your system seems to be using Hazar's RemoveWAT.

RE: Windows Loader v2.0.0
Possibly, you have you used another crack.

Anyway can I know more details about your computer configuration such as Operating System Version/Flavor (Ex: Windows 7 Ultimate) and Architecture (Ex: 32bits)

Thank you.
