I acquired credits to decode a file and they weren't able to decode a very OLD zended version and are stalling to refund my money. They keep saying "we are almost finished updating our sytem" but in reality I think that is a SCAM site.

I sent one last email demanding refund. If no answer in 2 days I will post back here again.

I paid for one file too. I sent two files which their system could not decode.
When I emailed them they did do them manually.

I then submitted an IC7 file which I know does decode as wrsi very kindly decoded here for me, but they could not decode that and have simply thanked me for reporting the issue and that they are making updates.

I've asked for a refund but I'd say avoid this site for now.
