I am trying to decode files and it is not working saying out of memory or just not decoding at all on deioncuber

When I try decoding something online I only get the dezend.me comment block and nothing else, anybody else having this issue?

Unfortunatly the problems with the online decoder are still there.

Could you decode these files for me? Or tell me how I can do this myself?
