Microsoft confirms Windows 7 SP1 RTM, released to OEMs todayPosted by Steven Bink January 14, 2011 6:46 PM with no comments In a blog posting on Thursday, Microsoft's Russian Windows Virtualization team confirmed that the final build of Windows 7 SP1 is 7601.17514.win7sp1_rtm.101119-1850. The Russian site also explains that the Service Pack will be available publicly today. Microsoft generally releases Service Packs on a Tuesday so it's not clear whether the Russian technet post is referring to a public release to select partners or a full web release.

WinRumors understand the software giant will ship the release to its OEM partners today but that a web release is expected at a later date.

so the million dollar question is: will removeWAT or windows loader survive the installation off SP1

you can't avoid installation of service packs in a OS

Tested with Windows Loader v1.9.5 and worked.
Windows Loader survives Windows 7 Service Pack 1 with KB971033 Smile

and removeWAT ?

no succes ?
My copy is still reporting as activated, but since installing SP1 RTM I get the evaluation copy text on my desktop.

I didn't tested RemoveWAT in SP1 Tongue
why not ?
Also curious to know what's the status on RemoveWAT and Windows SP1. has anyone tested RemoveWAT after installing SP1 on clean install of Windows7?
SP1 + RemoveWAT no problems so far.
Ok. Thanks for your opinion Shadowchaser Smile
I prefer use Daz loader since it allows me to pass online validation.
