Why not get a group of developers that it will meet privately to create a dezender public without source code ?
I say this because I will have had to free this summer, and I think the other person too.
Ideally, find one of RM !

maybe need to setup svn / git server or use public google code?

the code is no value if you don't have strong in c/c++ and also Reverse Engineering.. you must clearly understood about opcode etc.. than maybe you can port to 5.3 or use in latest php loader ion/zend/etc
