BSOD

I used "Generic Antiwpa-2.3-WinXP-2k3" to activate my XP home sp3 and it patched ok I think but when I reboot I get a blue screen with:
STOP: C000021a (fatal System error)
The Windows Logon Process terminated unexpectedly.
What can I do?
