You should try scanning your computer with Malware Bytes Antimalware. It should fix the issue you described above as it seems to be caused by virus removal.
In case the problem persists, you will have to backup your system using a Linux distro live CD and format the computer to reinstall Windows. Regards, NewEraCracker |
