You have the source code of the encoder! If you were a programmer, it would take you 30 minutes to create your own decoder and you wouldn't need to ask it from me.

This decoding is VERY EASY, and it's not a problem to share it. But what's the point in sharing, if you WON'T BE ABLE to understand how it is built?
