Need some support while de-ioncube file with license

Hey guys,

is some possible to decode the attached files?

i know it is possible because someone allready got it back to plain. But i cant find any working way... tried different ways, decoders and so on.

maybe someone can decode and tell me how to. i have a whole project to decode :-(
