Thanks for the bug report; those things only happen with PHP files that include html code. Most PHP doesn't contain any HTML code.

Yes, a new version is in development. It will be a tripple core decoder with the RM/NWS/Cyko cores. Which brings more decoding possibilities. An updater is a good idea, I might implement it!
