Windows not genuine? No such interface supported

Hi i need help fixing this. I was trying to use perfectuninstaller to remove some antivirus programs and when i rebooted a selection window saying my copy was not genuine came up. Iam still able to use fire fox and my vlc and Utorrent and play music but i cant open my computer, control panel or most of my programs? it tells me "No such interface supported" ?
>.< please help me , I have no idea what im doing or where to start.
